Great staff, very polite and pleasant.
Over all nice place with a few suggestions for improvement. Toilets wouldn’t flush, mattress was uncomfortable, too noisy at all hours of the night.

If we were to stay at Hotel Don Miguel in the future we would pay the extra cost for a view of the bridge and/or a q
Location, location, location. This is clearly a very old building that management has tried to keep as up to date as possible. The bathrooms were roomy, the beds very comfortable, and the front staff (PM especially) were so helpful to us especially because our infant got sick.
The area itself is very loud (we even brought a noise machine), and what is advertised as “city view” is really just a wall. Questionable air conditioning. Towels were sparse and very, very rough.
